Up to £60,000 (inclusive of OTE) in your first year!

The Company and Role Purpose: 

We’re on the hunt for superstar individuals with recruitment or property experience to join our small but mighty team in Huddersfield as a Talent Coordinator. Whether you’re after an employed full-time role or a self-employed, full-time or part-time role, we’re all about grit, honesty, and having each other’s backs – no egos, just teamwork. 

 


The Package
 

  • PAYE only: Between £25,000 - £35,000 basic salary per annum (depending on recruitment and property experience
  • Realistic OTE of up to £45,000-£60,000 in your first year (UNCAPPED
  • Monday – Friday, 08:30-18:00 (flexible start and finish times available – we will work your hours around you!), with a one-hour lunch break included 
  • Workplace pension 
  • 22 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (increases yearly with length of service) + additional holiday allowance at Christmas 
  • Hybrid working available for candidates with recruitment experience. 
  • If you have property experience only, 4 days a week at Huddersfield HQ is required during the initial settling-in and training period 
  • Quarterly team-building excursions plus opportunities for networking and social events

The Talent Coordinator role 
 

  • Utilise job boards, databases, LinkedIn, and referrals for proactive and reactive candidate searches 
  • Set appointments and pre-screen candidates 
  • Maintain and manage your candidate pipeline 
  • Upload CVs with notes, ensuring GDPR compliance on to our database 
  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate feedback 
  • Monitor job vacancies to ensure accurate advertising 
  • Manage client portfolios, liaising with hiring managers and business develop client portfolios further 
  • Handle candidate management from screening to offer negotiation through to start dates 
  • Assist in lead generation and business development 
  • Attend networking events outside standard working hours for client and candidate engagement
