The Package:


  • Up to £27,000 basic salary per annum (DOE) + OTE up to £37,000 (UPCAPPED)
  • Monday - Thursday 09:00 – 17:30, Friday 09:00 – 17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 - 13:30 with ½ day back in lieu or bank 2 Saturdays and take one full day midweek.

The Sales Negotiator role:


  • Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets, driving performance and exceeding expectations
  • Handle enquiries from vendors and purchasers, providing knowledgeable and attentive assistance
  • Actively seek valuation opportunities and follow the necessary processes to secure appointments
  • Conduct viewings in a professional, friendly, and proactive manner, ensuring all relevant information is effectively communicated
  • Generate new business leads and actively prospect for potential clients
  • Manage the sales progression process, ensuring smooth transitions for all parties involved

  • Articulate, confident, and personable, with excellent communication abilities

  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
