The Package:
 


  • Basic salary £30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus OTE £10,000
  • Car allowance £3,600 per year
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30, with one Saturday required every four weeks.

As a Lettings Manager, you will take the lead in driving business growth within the estate agency market by focusing on generating valuations and lettings for the branch. Your role will involve actively seeking new leads, managing the lettings team, and efficiently organising your time and diary to maximise branch resources.


A key focus will be on maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and delivering outstanding customer service to foster strong, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues. Achieving and surpassing targets and objectives will be central to your success in this role.



The Lettings Manager Role:



  • Drive business growth by pursuing new leads, developing marketing strategies, and responding to enquiries.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers to generate leads and report progress to senior management.
  • Provide training and performance reviews to staff, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and maintaining high service standards.
  • Handle enquiries, maintain accurate records, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and manage landlord communications.



The Person:
 


  • Previous experience in a similar role within the UK estate agency industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lettings regulations and legal requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively to achieve outstanding results.
  • Proficiency in relevant software systems and technology.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
  • ARLA Propertymark membership or equivalent qualifications are desirable.
  • Experience in people management is desirable.
