A motivated Property Administrator is sought to join a dynamic and vibrant team. This permanent position is based in the Leeds office, with potential for remote work following a successful probation and training period of six months. The role involves supporting Property Managers by handling maintenance calls, coordinating with contractors, managing council tax and utility accounts for vacant properties, and arranging property inspections. This opportunity is ideal for individuals aiming to enter the property sector, offering clear paths for development and career advancement.

 

 

The Property Administrator Role:

 

  • Providing phone support for property teams
  • Processing service charge, utility, council tax and maintenance invoices
  • Linking documents to property database
  • Providing tenancy start and end updates to local authorities
  • Opening post and distributing
  • Arranging maintenance works to be carried out by contractors
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date property database
  • Conducting ad-hoc short projects to support the property teams
  • Work in line with company policies, procedures and timescales
  • Liaise with residents, on site aftercare teams and contractors to deal with enquiries and resolve issues
  • Liaise with approved contractors and ensure work is completed to the expected level of quality
  • Arrange access for site inspections on behalf of the property management team
  • Provide support to the wider property management team and offer cover for absence

  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service to residents
  • Excellent communicator, both with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Motivated to develop professionally and take on new challenges
  • Previous property admin experience is desirable but not essential
