Basic salary: Up to £40k (D.O.E) with (OTE) of £60k+

The Package:


  • Up to £40k basic salary (D.O.E) plus £150 per instruction in the first year, with a review thereafter
  •  Uncapped commission OTE £60k+
  • 10% of sales income, payable upon completion
  • Quarterly bonus incentives for meeting instruction targets
  • Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM across 5 day working week. Saturdays as and when needed for requested viewings.


As an experienced Sales Manager, you will be required to drive the expansion and development of the sales department. This is a rare opportunity to join a business from its inception, playing a key role in building a market-leading agency. Ideal for a Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer ready to take the next step up, this role offers the chance to recruit and develop your own team while shaping the company’s growth.


The ideal candidate will be ambitious, energetic, likeable, and honest, with a strong background in estate agency, covering off-plan and secondary market sales.


The Sales Manager Role:


  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure sales goals are met.
  • Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market appraisals and secure instructions from clients to bring properties to market.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial enquiry and viewings to completion of sales.
  • Update property listings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to shape the company's growth strategy.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team with a strong focus on customer experience.

 

The Person:


  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing a sales team.
  • Extensive experience in residential property sales, including investments and new builds.
  • Strong drive and ambition to succeed in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and industry regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
