As their portfolio expands, they are seeking a motivated New Build Customer Services Manager to oversee new build handovers, tenancy management, and property maintenance.


This role offers a mix of on-site and remote working. It's a great opportunity for professionals with experience in Build to Rent (BTR), new homes construction, property management, or facilities maintenance. The Package:

 

  • Basic salary £26,000 to £32,000 (D.O.E)
  • Fully remote with site visits required, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM, no weekends!

As a New Build Customer Services Manager, you'll be at the heart of an exciting, fast-paced role, overseeing the handover inspections of new build properties, managing tenancies, coordinating essential repairs, and liaising with third-party aftercare providers to ensure swift resolutions. You’ll also be delivering exceptional customer service to valued residents.



The New Build Customer Services Manager Role:


  • Act as the primary on-site contact, fostering strong resident relationships.
  • Oversee new home handovers, inspections, and snagging resolutions.
  • Manage tenancies, void processes, and property maintenance efficiently.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure high-quality repairs and upkeep.
  • Conduct weekly site visits, mid-term inspections, and compliance checks.
  • Support rent reviews, tenancy renewals, and work with finance teams to maintain occupancy.
  • Be flexible with locations and available for out-of-hours support when required.


 

The Person:

 

  • Experience in residential property management, maintenance coordination, or facilities management (Build to Rent experience is a plus).
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong tenant relationships.
  • Motivated to develop, progress, and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
  • Experience using property management systems
