Basic salary: Up to £27,000 per annum plus OTE min £5,000 (Uncapped), based on completions

Harte Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly respected, prestigious estate agency specialises in the high-end property market, delivering exceptional service in residential sales. They are on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Residential Sales Negotiator to join their thriving team.


As a Residential Sales Negotiator, you’ll be involved in a 360-degree sales role from onboarding properties, listing, negotiating offers, conducting viewings, and managing sales progression. 

 

If you have experience in an estate agency, a passion for luxury property, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


 

The Package:


  • Up to £27,000 per annum plus OTE min £5,000 (uncapped), based on completions
  • Guaranteed bonus for the first few months while building the pipeline
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, with alternate Saturdays (time off in lieu on Wednesday afternoons)


 

The Residential Sales Negotiator Role:


  • Respond to enquiries from both vendors and buyers, offering helpful and professional advice throughout the process
  • Promote the company’s additional services, including mortgage and insurance products, to improve customer satisfaction
  • Proactively seek and secure property valuation appointments through targeted outreach and marketing efforts
  • Conduct property viewings with professionalism, enthusiasm, and clear communication to clients
  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and prospecting potential clients
  • Oversee the sales progression process, ensuring all parties are kept informed and the transaction runs smoothly
  • Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and company procedures
  • Provide regular updates to vendors on the status of their property listings
  • Collect feedback from viewings and use it to enhance the service provided to clients

 

 

The Person:


  • Proven experience in estate agency or sales, with a solid understanding of the property market
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with clients effectively
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to negotiate and close deals successfully
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
