They’re on the lookout for a Property Acquisition Negotiator to join their dynamic Property Buying Team – and if you’re looking to supercharge your earnings, this could be the golden opportunity you've been waiting for!

 

 

The Package:

 

  • £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary per annum (D.O.E) + OTE up to £70,000 (uncapped) in your first year, but top performers are raking in up to £110,000 annually!
  • Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 17:30, Friday: 9:00 – 17:00 + Every third Saturday: 9:00 – 13:00
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays

  • Quickly and accurately assess properties through Desk Top Valuations, identifying the best opportunities
  • Forget cold calling, focus on warm, engaged leads, nurturing relationships and turning interest into action
  • Confidently negotiate, offer expert advice, and close deals that help sellers move forward
  • You’re a natural deal-closer, turning conversations into opportunities and leaving clients excited
    Building rapport comes effortlessly, whether over the phone or in person
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying calm under pressure and staying ahead of the competition
