Sales Progressor to join a thriving team. Working within the established aftersales care team, this role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage high volumes of property instructions and ensure smooth transactions from sale to completion. Whether you have worked within a traditional estate agency, with a developer or the property investment space, this role welcomes you to apply.
 
 
 The Package:

 

  • Up to £30,000 basic per annum (D.O.E) + bonuses based on successful exchanges, realistic OTE up to £15k
  • £50 per successful exchange
  • Hybrid Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with the option to work from home one day per week (Mondays)
  • 32 holidays per annum (inclusive of bank holidays)

The Sales Progressor Role:

 

  • Manage a team portfolio of property instructions per month (Essential)
  • Oversee the entire sales progression process from offer acceptance to exchange and completion
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisors, providing regular updates and proactive communication
  • Coordinate with all parties to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in the sales process
  • Track progress, manage timelines, and meet targets for exchange and completion dates
  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and property sales regulations
  • Regularly update CRM systems to maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities
  • Help to develop and implement strategies to optimise the sales progression process and meet performance targets

 


 
The Person:

 

  • Proven experience in sales progression, ideally within a high-volume property environment (managing minimum 50 transactions per month is essential)
  • Strong understanding of the property sales process, with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and third-party contacts
  • High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an exceptional service
