Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator - 1226943

Basic salary: Up to £25,000 plus (OTE £28k)

Harte Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading property company in Manchester, who are seeking a passionate Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator to join their dynamic, forward-thinking team. As a Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator, you will manage both reactive maintenance and planned compliance tasks, alongside a team of coordinators. This is a fantastic opportunity to ensure maintenance issues and compliance cases, like electrical certificate renewals and boiler services, are addressed promptly. The Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator role offers you the chance to make a real impact in enhancing the quality of service delivered across the properties.



The Package:


  • Up to £25,000 basic salary (OTE £28k) plus up to 8% annual bonus and £1,500 performance bonus per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with hybrid working available up to 2 days from home

The Role:

  • Managing your own portfolio and responding to incoming maintenance queries from residents promptly
  • Coordinating with contractors to schedule and complete repairs within agreed SLAs and Informing landlords of issues and any associated costs
  • Monitoring and following up on all ongoing repair works
  • Keeping residents informed on the status of repairs and managing expectations
  • Conducting follow-ups to ensure work has been completed to a satisfactory standard
  • Ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and contractor payments
  • Collaborating with the wider maintenance team on shared responsibilities and larger issues



The Person:

 

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or property coordination role is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle urgent repairs or complaints
  • Comfortable using property management software and standard office tools
  • A solution-focused approach, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
