1. The "Refer a Job Seeker" promotion (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion") is organized by Harte Consulting Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), whose registered office is at Independence House,  Office S02, Edgerton, Huddersfield, HD3 3HN

2. The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, residing in the United Kingdom.

3. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, without prior notice.

4. To be eligible for the Promotion, you must refer a job seeker to the Company by providing their contact details and relevant information through the designated referral channel provided by the Company.

5. The referred job seeker must be previously unknown to the Company and not currently registered as a candidate in the Company's database.

6. The referred job seeker must be successfully placed in a new job by the Company within a period of 16 weeks from the date of referral.

7. The referred job seeker must complete the Company's rebate period, which is defined as 8 consecutive weeks of continuous employment with the new employer.

8. The £100 gift voucher will be awarded to the referrer as a thank-you once the referred job seeker has successfully completed the rebate period.

9. The referrer will have the opportunity to select a gift voucher from their preferred shop, subject to availability. The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested voucher, but reserves the right to substitute it with a voucher of equal value if necessary.

10. The gift voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

11. The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the referrer and the referred job seeker. In the event of any dispute, the Company's decision will be final.

12. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the referrer's participation in the Promotion, the referral process, or the awarded gift voucher.

13. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom.

14. Personal data collected during the Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
